He recommended 400 units.
I decided to get 300 units first and then 100 units a month later. It
's currently the 3rd week and
the effect is that it seems to have decreased even if I apply more force than before. It
doesn't disappear completely, but it's slightly blurred. feeling?
Things like walking were a bit uncomfortable in the beginning, and I'm just
