The most satisfactory procedure I have ever done is the chin filler!! He had a round face, but he definitely has a line and he looks slim. I was hit two years ago, but I almost fell out of it, so I'm going to get it again! One downside is that I gain weight, so the chin filler is divided from the fat, so my double chin looks serious..hehe
