Seoul Thermage and Dual Toning once each

Yesterday, I played Duel (Reblight, Genesis V) with Thermage. Although the price was a burden, I had been thinking about it for a long time, so I paid for 10 sessions of dual toning with Thermage. However, it wasn't the director who did the laser treatment as I expected, but a teacher who wasn't even on the website did it... He was kind, but I felt uneasy for some reason. Is the person who is not on the website a pay doctor?

What is the effect? How long does it take for the effect to take effect?? I'm having a cheap Shurink repeat treatment... I think it's greedy to expect a dramatic effect.
