I received Thermage 300 shots + Skin Botox as part of an event at Goddess Ticket. I chose Thermage over Ultherapy because I don't have much fat on my face. It's only been two days, so I can't tell, but I feel like I've gained some elasticity. I plan to get it once a year.

I also got it in November of last year, and I need to get it again soon. I think Thermage is okay as long as there is no fat on your face.
