Why is nose thread lifting so highly recommended

It cost 605,000 won, but the anesthesia injection hurts like hell and after exactly 2 months, it will return to its original state. I'd rather save up this money and get a nose job.

+ 2 months review: My nose is more plump and drooped than before. The picture is right after the procedure, but it's a bit different now. The side view is fine, but the front view is getting more and more spread out.
