Here’s a review for those who are considering getting it!
I’ve had Thermage many times and it worked well for me because
I like the tightening effect that makes my skin stick to me!
Because of the price range, I’ve been doing it consistently for about 300 shots
. The difference before and after isn’t dramatic, but
it was enough to make my skin firmer and smoother
.
This time, I wanted to define my contour line, so I also got it done with Ulthera.
It’s not that I lack elasticity because I’ve been doing Thermage,
but Thermage alone wasn’t enough to define my contour line. I’ve
always just applied anesthetic cream, but
this time I did it under general anesthesia, for a total of 800 shots!
During the consultation , it was good that they explained in advance how and where the procedure would be done, saying
that 600 shots would be done on the entire face and the rest would be on the neck.
I didn't hear this kind of explanation at the place I went to before.
Until now, I've had Thermage at different places
(I found a place that gave a discount, lol).
But this time, they're doing Ulthera, and if you do it wrong, you can get sagging cheeks, so
I went to a proper dermatology clinic for a consultation and then got the procedure, and I think it was a good decision.
The places I've been to so far had care rooms where several people could go at once,
but this care room was a single room, so it was comfortable and nice, lol. It's not noisy, and
when I just did Thermage, I only felt a little hot,
but since I did Ulthera, there's still a little bit of swelling left.
I think it's because they did a lot of shots. It
could be because they did the shots properly, and they say that the effects
gradually take effect after 3-4 weeks, but
if you take away the slight swelling and pain, I'm satisfied now. My blurry
lines seem to be coming back to life, lol.
Because of the cost, I can't do it often, but I think I'll definitely do it once before an important appointment, lol.
