If you develop rash-like milia after epicanthoplasty, go to an ophthalmologist! I tried to get laser treatment at a dermatologist, but they said it was difficult because it was too close to the eyes. The ophthalmologist squeezed it out directly, and there was almost no scar, and it was painful, but it was bearable. I squeezed one side myself and the other side at the ophthalmologist, but I don't recommend doing it yourself. It's scary and hurts even more.
