I have asymmetry even when I have a blank expression, but I was worried that the asymmetry would get worse when I smile.
The right side goes up well, but the left side is twisted, so I wanted to correct it by getting a little bit of botox on the right side and a lot on the left side
.
Afterwords,
there was no effect of improving the asymmetry
at all. The corners of my mouth do go up more. But it feels like the existing asymmetric shape has become longer.
And I learned that the depressor oris corner muscle has a lot of influence on pronunciation and daily life than I thought. My pronunciation is really leaky. In particular, I have trouble pronouncing 'ㅣ'. When I open my mouth and laugh, or when I spit out water while brushing my teeth, it feels weird... It's just strangely uncomfortable when I open my mouth like "ah," and overall, it feels like there's a new asymmetry in my mouth. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I'm not sure if this will go away as time goes by and I get used to pronunciation and laughing that don't use the depressor oris corner muscle, but... I think the botox effect will wear off faster ㅎㅎ I
knew that botox for the corners of the mouth alone couldn't fix the asymmetry, so I don't regret the money I spent on it.. I got it in the hopes of a miracle ㅋㅋ It's just for the experience~~
Conclusion:
I made an appointment for lip filler!^^ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
