I used to get it cheaply with a nose-shading package, but now it's not there. I'm the type with a lot of fat on the nostrils, so the effect was great! Instead, it hurts so much when you get hit... Is the nostril at the part where it meets the bottom of the nose also effective? Looking at the nose sculpt, it seems that they are mainly injected at the tip of the nose rather than at the bridge of the nose.

I also asked for the tip of the nose not to fit and to put it on both sides! The nostril where it meets the bottom of the nose is flat, so it probably won't be very effective. If you have a lot of fat on both sides of your nose, try getting hit.
