Ulthera side effects after contouring

Do you have any examples that you have received after contouring? I got 400 shots 3 days ago, but I received it because my skin was thin and it looked like it was saggy rather than fat . Square jaw Jawbone and submandibular salivary glands? My side hurts so much ㅠㅠ Is it like this? It should be said that it feels like the whole jaw is really crushed. It's been about 3 years since the contouring was done , and the scars in the mouth seem to have become hard.

울쎄라 300샷! 난 크림마취해서 아프면 아프다고 바로 말할수있어서 강도 조절했는데도 패였어
대신 시술하고나서는 아픈건 없었고
(쓴이가 아픈건 수면마취라 울쎄라할때 과하게 들어갔을수도있어)

울쎄라 한달후엔 쫀쫀하게 리프닝 됐네 느낌이었는데 어느순간보니 의사가 열심히 쏴준 볼라인 그대로 패임ㅋㅋ효과는 좋긴하더라 ㅋㅋ 통통한 볼이 패일정도닠ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
