I used Excel V in two wavelengths, one to remove veins under the eyes and the other to remove fine veins and facial flushing, and I am satisfied. I'm looking for a job so I don't have money, so I'm planning to get it once a month after I get a job. The only pain was when I touched the veins under my eyes, but the rest was fine. The downtime was only under my eyes for about 2-3 days. I don't know who the doctor is . It's a male director, but his name isn't on the website.
