Because I have a severe septum deviation, I had rhinoplasty along with rhinitis surgery. The bridge of the nose was made with cartilage powder, and the tip of the nose was made with the nasal septum. When I took off the splint yesterday, I was surprised at how artificial it felt. I was shocked because it felt a bit like Avatar + Pinocchio. After researching, I heard that cartilage powder is easily absorbed. Is this true? I'm worried that it will be okay once the swelling goes down and some of the cartilage powder is absorbed. Is the cartilage powder really absorbed? The starting point and tip of the nose are raised a little too much... Is that part originally relatively swollen...?
