It's been about 1 year and 3 months since I had surgery using autologous cartilage (nasal septum + ear cartilage) on the tip of my nose. Since 2 months ago, I've been getting one or two pimples on the tip of my nose.
I thought it was because I wore a mask in the summer, but in the beginning, the redness around the pimples disappeared immediately after a few hours. Now, two months later, the redness has become more frequent and it takes a long time for it to return to its original state. Also, I feel hot, so I wonder if this is inflammation. ㅠㅠ
Is there anyone who used autologous cartilage to make the tip of their nose turn red and develop inflammation?
It's so depressing and unsettling that I'm having symptoms like this just a year after having surgery without implants.
Is there anyone who had surgery without implants at ㅇㅍㄹㅅ in Apgujeong and has similar symptoms to me? The doctor said it's just because the skin is compressed and that they should shave off some cartilage, but it's really just that. I'm not sure if it's because my skin is pressed... I wonder if I should remove it because I'm afraid it will look like this a year later even if I cut it off.
