How long does the tightness at the tip of my nose last after rhinoplasty?

It's been exactly 2 weeks since the surgery.
 
Instead of using implants, I used only the tip of the nose with ear cartilage + nasal septum.
 
The problem with the lifted nose that occurred in the first week last week
 
has largely disappeared as the swelling has gone down and the tip of the nose has come down, as the doctor said.
 

When I come down to the tip of my nose, it feels like the tip of my nose and the columella are tight, which is frustrating.
 
I went to the hospital today for the second week, and
 
the doctor said that I would feel that way for 3 months, but
 have
all those who had surgery using a septum also
 
felt this tightness in the tip of the nose or the skin around the columella? ?
 
It's mind-boggling that I have to feel this way for 3 months.
