I'm comparing it to Noslab since it's an open rhinoplasty.
I understand that they'll do a beak reduction, septal osteotomy, and raise the tip of the nose with a septum, and if it's not enough, they'll use cartilage, but I'm worried because they said that if it doesn't turn out smoothly during the surgery, they can use Alloderm or autologous dermis.
The reviews from people who've had the surgery don't seem to be bad, but is it because I don't know much about this plastic surgery clinic? There aren't any reviews;; I made a deposit, but I'm worried. Should I use Alloderm?
