How much does the swelling go down after nose surgery?

I previously had filler and Hyko, but then I decided to have surgery. It's been 7 days since the surgery. (Male)
 
Today, after taking off the splint at the hospital, it seems that the height of my nose is the same or slightly lower than before.
 I wanted it to be just a little bit higher naturally.
 
Since I didn't have an osteotomy, there's almost no bruising or swelling on my face, right?
 (The nose is a little fat because of the swelling)
 
How low is it in the nose now? ㅠㅠ
 The height is good now that there is swelling, but if it goes any lower, it won't be as good as before...
 Is there anyone who had almost no swelling or bruising like me and whose height has dropped a lot?
 If the swelling goes down, will the tip and bridge of the nose look more vibrant because it becomes thinner?
 

(The tip of the nose was erected using the nasal septum and ear cartilage, and 3mm of silicone was inserted into the bridge of the nose.)
