Redness of the bridge of the nose after nose surgery

It's been a little over a month since I had my nose surgery ㅠㅠ
 This is my third surgery, and during my second surgery, maybe because my blood circulation was poor, my nose bridge wasn't that red for over a month, but it was a little pinkish and red ㅠㅠ
 But this time, maybe because my skin is thin, my nose bridge is still red (it was lowered a little bit compared to before the silicone).
 If it were inflammation, it should be swollen and painful, but it's not swollen or painful ㅠㅠ
