Anyone who got their nose done at GLB Plastic Surgery Clinic??

At GLBP, there is something called fitting nose? They sculpt silicone to fit each individual nose. I want to do this because I think it will prevent silicone marks between the eyebrows and it will be less noticeable. But
 what bothers me is that it seems like the nose is being made a bit longer. ㅠㅜ On the plastic surgery app, there are some people who got their nose tips lifted up nicely, but overall, it seems like the nose is being lengthened. And the photos on the hospital website also look like they are lengthening the nose tip.
 Have any of you who got it done here gotten your nose longer? I wonder if you are willing to accept a patient's opinion if you ask them to make the nose tip not so long. ㅠㅜ
