During the rhinitis surgery, the tip of the nose was erected with septal cartilage, and the bridge of the nose was cut and the bridge of the nose was injected with donated dermis to smoothen the bumps. (7/11/18)
However, on October 19, 2019, for the first time, it was slightly swollen, red, and painful
when pressed. The hospital where I had the surgery was far away because I live in a rural area, so when I visited a local hospital, they said this could happen if the inside of the nose is dry, so I took anti-inflammatory antibiotics. Yes.
After that, I had symptoms several times and visited the hospital
on 11/30
and 12/5
. And this time, on February 3, 2020, I felt a little sick and went to the hospital. I did
n't think it would be good to continue taking antibiotics, so I didn't take antibiotics this time. I only took anti-inflammatory medication, but I ended up drinking alcohol, so even after taking the medication for 3 days, I still have some pain and a little redness. After that, I received 2/7 antibiotics and took them for 3 days, and now the redness has disappeared and there is no pain.
These symptoms appear once or twice a month. Is it because it is winter and it is cold and the inside of the nose is dry, or is it because the surgery went wrong and there is inflammation inside???
The hospital where the surgery was performed said that since it was autologous tissue, it would never be inflammation caused by the surgery.
Visits
to hospitals in the neighborhood other than the surgery on 10/19, 11/30, and 12/5
. Visited the hospital where the surgery was performed on 12/10 (there were no symptoms at the time, so I did not receive a prescription for medication, just in case). Allergy spray zoom, I was told to go to the hospital where I had surgery because I was still experiencing symptoms, so
I went to the hospital) 2/3 Visit to a foreign hospital
2/7
Where can I get a thorough examination to see if it is inflammation due to the surgery I had, and if there is any damage to the septum cartilage at the tip of my nose? Has anyone had donated dermis (artificial dermis) removed due to inflammation?
I'm having a reaction not in the center of my nose like in the picture, but on the side next to it. If it's not the red part in the picture and the right side, the left side or the columella area is swollen
. I'm not sure because it seems to be a slightly different area from the side effects caused by surgery. ..

It's so stressful...
