Rhinoplasty foot review.

When I didn't know anything, I was recommended to a Naver cafe and received consultation at 3 places (I lost 300,000 won on the reservation fee) -
 Focused on places with actual cost insurance. After that, I found information and received consultation at 4 places (Focus on plastic surgery)
 
This is my subjective position, and I don't know that there are idiots around. I will refrain from saying nice things.
I checked Seongyesa’s rating often.
I'll go with Mseumche.

Desired change in the nose
 1. Improvement of the blunt point on the tip of the nose
 2. Improvement of the deviated nasal septum
 3. Improvement of the high tip of the nose but low bridge between the eyebrows

 As soon as you enter, take a CT scan and receive guidance, consultation with the first director, second director, and third director. Consists of consultation.
The price is more expensive than expected. Excluding the actual cost, I was told that there is a price tag for using ear cartilage even though it is for cosmetic purposes.
 It was nice that the director looked at the consultation in detail... but after looking up various information, I thought it wasn't very good, so I passed.
However, it is bothersome that the manager contacts me frequently. I don't understand why they hold me like this. ( Counseling

The explanation was average, and I was grateful that he looked at my nose in detail during the consultation. The consultation fee is 10,000 won,
 but I didn't have high expectations because I was an otolaryngologist, and was it suitable for my case? After reading the reviews, I thought it was just okay.
The manager's attitude was not good, and although I placed a deposit, the deposit was non-refundable due to cancellation of the surgery.
Here, it says that you must first sign a clause stating that the reservation fee is non-refundable when seeing treatment. Among the hospitals I've visited so far, it's the only one
 that has a no clause included. It's mentioned frequently on Naver Cafe.

 1. Consultation takes place in the following order: Manager -> Director -> Manager. Consultation fee: 5,000 won.
 The manager was friendly, but the price was more expensive than previous hospitals, excluding the actual cost. The waiting time was long, probably because the director was in surgery, and
 there were no photos I wanted, so I lost my desire for consultation. Above all, I felt uncomfortable because the director came to the consultation wearing surgical gowns.
I said ‘yes yes’ and came out.

4. Apgujeong ㅅㅅㅇ (consultation fee 10,000 won)
 I heard that this is a hospital famous for nose revision surgery. From this point on, I sold handmade items at Seongyesa Temple, checked the hospital rating, and made an appointment.
The director was relaxed and told me all the areas I wanted to improve during the consultation, and he explained them step by step.
More than anything, I liked that they only explained as much as possible without going overboard.
"The tip of the nose is blunt, so let's tie it with cartilage to make it thin and raise the columella pillar slightly. It's strange for men if it goes up too high, so we will raise it only slightly, and we plan to use about 3-4mm of silicone to raise the bridge of the nose."
 The price is also cheaper compared to other places. It was a good consultation, but the director's push was weak.

5. Gangnam ㅁㅌ (consultation fee 10,000 won)
 As soon as I entered, I noticed how heavy the director was. I didn't take a CT but took a few pictures, and when I told him what I wanted to improve,
 he explained it in great detail. Since he runs a separate blog, I read all the nose-related articles I needed there, so communication was smooth.
Because the tip of the nose is high, they insert silicone (3.6mm) into the bridge of the nose between the eyebrows, shave the beak slightly, and thin the tip of the nose with a cartilage tie.
In the case of the nasal septum, unless it is functional enough to prevent breathing, it is better not to touch it.
I asked if there would be any problems during nose surgery if all the other expenses were covered, and he kindly answered.
The consultation time was long and I was quite satisfied with the explanation. A style that performs surgery naturally without being excessive.
He said that the director will take care of all the follow-up care.

6. Gangnam ㅍㄹㅁㅇ (consultation fee x)
 As soon as I entered, I thought it was a market place. Since it's so popular, let's see how good it is. I received counseling with this thought in mind.
The order was manager -> director -> manager, and rhinitis treatment was not discussed during the consultation with the manager. I thought if I told him about Sylvie, he would say we should do everything.
I received 10 minutes of counseling and 5 minutes of counseling from the director. This place is almost like a donor wolf? It seemed like it was required, and
 I looked at the noses of patients who had surgery and the noses of those working, and subjectively, it didn't fit. It was so flashy.
During my consultation with the director, I asked for an osteotomy, and although he was kind, I felt like something had to be done quickly.
It's so noisy and crowded that I wonder if there will be any good follow-up management.

 Last hospital I visited. At a cafe, I saw a comment saying to get rhinoplasty from a Seoul National University graduate, so I went to the consultation with high expectations. The hospital itself is
 not large, but it was clean, and I felt confident after consulting with the director. The director was the only one who told me that it would be strange if the silicone was raised more than 3mm.
He said that because the tip of the nose is high, if it is all low, the surgery will be easy, but since the tip of the nose is high and the glabella is low, if it is even a little unbalanced, there is a
 possibility that the surgery will be quite strange. (It is said to be a more difficult surgery than a completely low nose...)
 The tip of the nose was tied with cartilage, the bridge of the nose was made with silicone, the curves of the nose were slightly trimmed, and the nostrils were reduced, so they told me not to do it because it was not a nose that would be effective.
Since my septum was bent, I told her to try to improve it as much as possible, and asked what would happen if there was a side effect and inflammation.
As a doctor, you don't have to worry about post-surgery processing as it is the doctor's responsibility, and the most important thing is to perform the surgery according to your needs and to
 perform the surgery in a clean environment. Don't worry about that part.
You seem to prefer naturalness over flashiness.

I liked the two places ㅁㅌ and ㅅㅇ the best, and I think it's best to go to a university hospital to improve function and at a plastic surgery clinic to improve beauty.
I decided to have surgery on the latter. I think it would be a good idea to skip places that are frequently mentioned on Naver.
Since this is so rampant, I don't think there is much reliable information.

These are reviews of 7 different locations.
Each place will be different depending on the style you want, so shop around. At first, I also
 tried to do it at an ENT clinic because of money, but since the purpose was cosmetic, I thought it was right to do it at a plastic surgery clinic.
