I wasn't going to write a review, but Seongye Temple helped me a lot and
I want to write a review so I can help too.
It's a revision surgery.
Two years ago, I had a non-open rhinoplasty at Apgujeong DRL and my nose was crooked, my cartilage was protruding, and my nostrils were completely uneven, so
I looked into revision surgery. Even though it's been over half a year since the surgery, they
kept saying that my nose was originally crooked, that my skin was thin and it was protruding, and that my nostrils were originally uneven, etc.
I was really shocked by their irresponsible attitude...
I really took my revision surgery hospital very seriously. I absolutely avoided large hospitals. I mainly looked for hospitals with a single director and
I absolutely pursued a natural look.
I chose the hospital style first by looking at the quality, and for the
feet, I think it was important that the director's personality and communication skills matched the most
(I remember the first time I had a surgery and the director and I didn't know what to do and left me in charge
of the surgery , and the attitude and rudeness of the nurses who made nervous patients even more anxious,
and the time they put me to sleep without saying a word on the operating table before I could even see the director's face), etc..
.
Since I wrote my reviews in a notepad at the time, my words and content are all mixed up, but I hope it helps..!
I had a really hard time choosing between ㅇㅈ and ㅋㅇㅍㄽ ㄳㅇ
and I chose one of the two and had the surgery.
There was no bruising or swelling and I'm very satisfied.
I will post a review of the surgery if I can
.

As soon as I went in, the director explained the surgical terms as if he was reading a script as if he did it every day.
I got scared when he suddenly showed me the creepy surgery pictures.
The surgical methods that he explained to me as if he was bored even though I didn't ask... and he even read from a Korean textbook
and kept repeating, "It's easy. It's not a big deal
." He explained everything without me having to ask, so I didn't really have anything to ask.
It's not a big deal, so just finish quickly. He said he could even adjust my nostrils one by one.
- He said that we should correct my crooked nose by partially osteotomy the crooked part and filling in the cartilage.
- He said that we should lower my nostrils. He said that he would raise my nose bridge with septal surgery.
I said that sometimes my philtrum feels long, but
I think I lost trust when he replied in 1 second that he would have to lower my columella.
It seemed like he could make my face... in 1 second. He didn't seem like someone I could think deeply with. He seemed
frustrated, saying that it's easy to fix, so why should I worry.
Haha... but... even though my nose that failed once is really easy,
I want to meet a director who makes it a little bit serious... or a little bit difficult...
The director who did my first nose job said it was a very easy nose too....... heh...
The director said 650. When I told him that it would take more time for that amount, he asked how much I thought it would be, and
when I said I hoped it wouldn't be over 500
, he said he would set it at 500.
He told me to go to another hospital and that I would end up coming here.
I don't think that will happen. Goodbye.

If you want to raise the bridge of your nose, use 1-2mm of silicone. I don't recommend raising it with your own dermis.
You probably don't need an implant.
If you are very stressed out about your nose, you can use a little bit of buttock dermis to resolve cartilage protrusion.
Nose tip reduction.
If your septum is crooked, hold it and cut it. Nose septum alone can correct it
. The length of the nose bridge will be reduced a little and raised very slightly, but with a straight feeling (a straight line is what I want)
. The nostrils will be lowered.
It seems possible to correct the nose naturally
by using ear cartilage
. The director is so gentle... I could feel that he was listening to my questions and stories one by one.
The surgery and style were both good, and above all, I trusted the director the most.
The price was different, but I felt that there was much less frills.
But the counseling room managers are really not that great... There are two of them and the younger one is really
not that great . It seems like he thinks he is talking while smiling... and he makes the other person feel embarrassed and laughs... It seems like he doesn't want to work
or is it annoying to work...
It seems like everyone goes to this hospital because of the director...
The director should know...
ㅋㅇㅍㄽ ㄳㅇ (ㅔㅣㅡㄹ ㅓ ㅡ ㅣㅁ ㅔ ㅕ ㅇ) A
crooked nose can be corrected by changing the position of the cartilage.
They will wrap the cartilage with Alloderm (artificial autologous dermis) and tie it, and
only the right nostril will be lowered and fixed with cartilage.
There is no need for osteotomy..
and it's surprising that they said it wasn't as big of a deal as I thought...
Among the doctors I've had, this one seems to care the most.
They are really thorough and look at both the right and left sides diligently.
It's not a difficult nose, but they
say that all noses need to be taken care of so that there won't be another surgery.
It was cool to see you do it
. I didn't expect much.. but it exceeded my expectations. It's amazing.
A friend who works in the entertainment industry told me that a lot of celebrities go here, so I went there, but
it really does n't seem to have any advertising
. The director is gentle, kind, and very meticulous..
If the price was right, I would have gone here........

The place I had the highest expectations
for , but it was the worst.
The director, right after the surgery,
was so tired, and
I guess he was really annoyed.
He took a picture as soon as he entered,
and then he started mumbling to himself without me knowing what he was saying.
If you have any questions, you can ask the director. He said he was having the surgery with me and
tried to send me out after 5 minutes.
I thought he'd cry if I asked him one thing,
but I had to ask him anyway.
He put his finger in my nostril and
mumbled something again
. I asked him again if I had any questions.
It seemed like he hoped there weren't any, and I thought there shouldn't be any.
After the 6-minute consultation, I left.
What, I think they said that crooked nostrils can be improved.
Of course it’s possible, since you’re a plastic surgeon. Haha, you
seem tired, but go in and get some rest. I was in
a bad mood, so I didn’t consult with the director, greeted him, and
pretended to donate 10,000 won and left.
It seems like what they said was similar to other places, but
the only difference was that they said, “Should we cut that off???” Did they keep their lips together?? They said it wasn’t necessary, but
it seemed like they were sleeping, so I couldn’t understand a thing.
I think attitude toward consultation is also connected to one’s self-esteem.
I don’t think my surgery is a good fit for me
because I was worried that they would treat me like this if I was tired
. Goodbye, that
’s the end.....
I hope this was helpful....!!!
I hope everyone’s surgeries are successful!!!!
