I had an injury 10 years ago and had surgery at a local hospital. I had the surgery without knowing anything at the time, so my knowledge about plastic surgery is very limited.
Silicone was used for the bridge of his nose, and ear cartilage was used for the tip of his nose.
As time went by, my nose got lower and lower, and after a few injuries, my nostrils became crooked.
My nose is slightly lifted now. When viewed from a distance, the nostrils are blunt and slightly raised.
When I went for a consultation, the thing that caught my eye the most was the photos of the surgery reviews like Zeco's.
I think it would be more believable to say that it would turn out like this through a similar surgery review photo rather than saying it in words.

After taking an
Zeko stopped by and said he would try to get it down as much as possible.
He asked to see a photo of the surgery, but well... it wasn't the nose I wanted.
ㅅㅇ
After touching it a few times, he said it would be okay to use the length of the nose silicone as is and just improve the nose line area.
He showed me a photo of a case where he had surgery (the condition was different from Zeko's).
What was interesting was that I saw in the photo that as time went by, the nose sank further and changed naturally.
I plan to use silicone and ear cartilage
.
After taking a picture, I said it would be okay to extend the length and raise the tip of the nose and lower it a little.
There are no photos of the surgery review here, so I have nothing to say..
I plan to use silicone and cartilage,
so I will do more research and post.
