Swelling? Breast fat?

In just a few more days, it will be a month since I had my nose surgery.
 The tip of my nose is too big from the front, and when viewed from the side, it protrudes slightly.
 It was hard at first, but I guess I gave it a little massage, and it has become soft these days.
 Is this swelling or scarring?
 It's been a month, but there's a chance it's swelling...?ㅠㅠㅠ
 I hope it's not a scar.
 It's starting to get softer now, but will the swelling start to go down soon?
 Anyone with experience, please help me ㅠㅡㅠ
 Oh, and I'm having a hard time with my eyes right now, but this will get better later, right? ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
