The hospital I was interested in said that in order to get a non-prosthetic type, I needed to use a nose bridge septum, nose tip septum + donor ribs.
It's my first surgery, and I'm kind of scared because they say it's a donor rib on the tip of the nose... And I heard that absorption may be fast because the donor rib is less predictable. Then, I'm worried that it's only pretty at first, but it won't maintain its shape well afterward... I'd rather do it. I wonder if it would be better to spread a thin layer of silicone and straighten the tip of the nose using the nasal septum.
If there is anyone who has straightened the tip of the nose with a donor rib, please give me some advice.
