Acne around the nose 14 days after nose surgery...

After rhinoplasty, I wore a splint, and for a few days, the area around my nose felt uncomfortable and itchy.
 Then, after a week, I put the splint on, and the next day, from the 8th day, I washed it, and
 I got acne? Small pimples started to appear one or two at a time from the 8th day until the 14th day
 . I think there are about 20 now...
 It's not like inflammation or heat or swelling or redness of the entire nose. It's literally a small pimple.
 
Does anyone have this like me after surgery?
 Before the surgery, I had acne-prone skin and was taking Roaccutane medication.
 I thought it would be bad to take the medication after the surgery, so I stopped taking it for two weeks.
 
I'm going to the hospital tomorrow, but I'm worried...
 Even when I take Roaccutane, my big acne doesn't go away at all, but
 I take it for a long time. Even if I do this, the acne doesn't go away very well.
