Does anyone have silicone between their eyebrows?

It's been 7 years since I had a nose surgery, and after 5 years, the area where the silicone was inserted started to lift. Should I say that... If you take a picture under the light, the border where the silicone was inserted between the eyebrows is clearly visible, like a horizontal wrinkle. In this case, you may need to have the surgery again
 . Has anyone removed it?
 When I touch it, I can feel the part where it was put in, but I don't know if it's because it's not adhered well and looks like it's floating, or because it's a shadow. I'm stressed out about it these days. There's nothing particularly uncomfortable, but I'm worried that it looks too much like
