Since my nose is asymmetrical, I didn’t do an osteotomy, but rather ground up the nasal bone, tied
the cartilage, and grafted
ear cartilage as alar cartilage to prevent it from getting pinched
. Before the surgery, my nose didn’t feel that crooked, but
when I take a selfie after the surgery, the left side is higher and the right side
is clearly
crooked. It’s already crooked, but it feels like the right alar cartilage is pushed up? (I think)
so it looks even crooked.
And as you can see in the picture, the lower part of my nostrils
is pressed in, so it looks like my nose is pinched.
The doctor said this is a triangle zone? Something like that, and that
my nostrils are originally even and triangular, so there’s nothing I can do about it…
Who doesn’t know that the human body is asymmetrical?
Anyone can see that the difference is clearly visible…
It’s so stressful.
I want to open it up and rearrange it now,
but if I delay,
will it become more difficult to get it back to its original shape? It looks so weird
. Please give me some advice.
