My nose revision surgery was also a failure, so I went for a third surgery consultation.
My original columella was just right and pretty, but
I pulled it out too long, so it saggy on my nose.
The columella is crooked and the cartilage is sticking out.
The nose is also straighter and the nostrils are more visible.
So I said we should improve these things.
Since I don't have any more use for the nasal septum and ear cartilage,
I mentioned costal cartilage, but I don't like it, so
if I were to start over with costal cartilage, it might be more difficult since I've already done it a few times, so
I suggested simply covering it with dermis
to supplement the current condition, but
I searched for this as well and found that it is also absorbable. It's a lot and doesn't look very pretty, and even
if I try it on the distorted nostrils from the reoperation,
it'll look even worse after the dermis is absorbed to some extent, so I'm contemplating whether I should use costal cartilage instead.
I'm thinking about donating because self-collecting is too expensive and collecting seems painful. Has anyone ever tried it?
1. For the elongated columella, cut out the extended nasal septum, and
the previous chevron-shaped nostrils changed into triangle-shaped, pointed and distorted nostrils. How to cover the dermis on top of supplementary tea.
2. Which method is better to start over with costal cartilage from the beginning
?
I'm so upset because I wasted money on nose surgery and I'm
depressed and stressed.
