Plastic surgery blacklist

Hello, I had a nose surgery in a local area, and they asked me to do it naturally, but my nose is very low, so they said it would look natural even if the silicone was placed high, but after the surgery, my nose became high and long and did not match my face, and the silicone was even bent. However, before the rhinoplasty, they said that if any side effects or problems occur after the rhinoplasty, they would perform the surgery again within one year, but I do not want to have the surgery again at this hospital. To be honest, I had my first surgery like this, but there is no guarantee that the reoperation will go well. But since this hospital made a mistake, if I ask for a refund, will they give me a refund?? I would like to receive at least a partial refund.
