Nose tip lifting after nose surgery

I had a non-boss-shaped beak shave and cartilage realignment.
 It's now been 5 days since my nose surgery.
 It didn't hurt at first, but since yesterday, the bridge of my nose between my eyebrows has been tingling. Is this normal? It feels like something is pressing on the area between my eyebrows and my head hurts.
 
Also, I haven't taken the splint off yet, but when I look at it from the front, it looks like my nose is up, but is it coming down? It wasn't like that before the surgery, but my nostrils suddenly became visible, and my heart flutters every time I look in the mirror. I'm bleeding
 
more after the surgery than before the surgery. I have to take off the splints and go to work next week, but I was worried about what would happen if I messed up, so I spent the whole day looking at reviews of Sungje Sarang's nose surgery.
