I made an appointment for rhinoplasty a few days ago, but I'm still worried about whether to use donated ribs
or autologous ribs. Donated ribs have the advantage of being cheaper than autologous ribs and not leaving scars on the chest, but even though the inflammatory substances are removed through radiation treatment, there is still some discomfort and little by little. The downside seems to be that it is absorbed, and autologous ribs are a bit more expensive and leave scars, but since they are your own, there is less chance of inflammation and they are said to be less absorbed than donated ribs.
Of course, it's a personal choice, but based on your experience, which do you think is better? My nasal septum has already been removed, and my ear cartilage is so soft that I can't use it... haha.
