 I used silicone on the donor rib and gave a large amount of money.
 As expected, it was fine right away, but
 as it's been almost a year,
 my nostrils are showing again, and only one side of the nostril is raised, and
 it feels like a snub nose with the nostrils visible from the front.
 Why doesn't it keep improving? Is it because of the silicone
 
? I went to the hospital
 and they said they would do another surgery, but
 if I have to have surgery again,
 I'm thinking of removing the silicone donor rib because it's the last thing I'm thinking about...
 But my nose is short now, so I think I'll have to use ear cartilage on the tip of
 my nose . That's my thought.
 I'm going to risk everything being absorbed and spreading.
 I was really satisfied with my nose when I had filler, so I want to go back to that time. I
 heard they say you can't do filler right after surgery. Is that correct?
 I'm planning to get fillers after dermal dermal treatment and it falls out in a few months.
 
But now the hospital is saying that ear cartilage will be used to fill the tip of the nose,
 so why should they just do ear cartilage from the beginning? Why did they always say that only donor ribs would be used at first, but now they say it will be ear cartilage?

 a contracture. It seems like my nose got shorter because the donor ribs were absorbed a lot. I wonder if it was a contracture.
 
Anyway, I removed all the silicone donor ribs on the bridge of my nose.
