I had surgery a year ago and spent a year in tears and stress. I had an open nose, but
I was left with a scar. I had a short nose with visible nostrils, but my first surgery was a failure, so my nose was damaged due to nostril asymmetry and nostril reduction. The shape has become asymmetrical. In addition, the cartilage next to the columella is protruding and can be felt. Since it failed once, I am so scared of having to have a second surgery. I think I should just live with a low and short nose. Is there a way to just extend the length of the nose since it can be low? ..? Right now, I'm using a donor rib for my nose, but it's too hard and I'm worried it might cause contractures, so I want to remove it. What should I do?
