I had reoperation on my nose for contracture. Please take a look.

I had a contracture at the tip of my nose and the tip of my nose was raised, so I had to re-surgery.
 Originally, the contracted nose didn't look that bad when seen from the front, but when I looked at it from the side, it was a very raised contracted nose. The front view wasn't that stressful, but the side view was too stressful, so I decided to have the surgery again, and
 even though it was only the 6th day,
 the nose was still very big. It's gotten longer so it doesn't look like me, and
 when I press it in case it looks longer due to the swelling, it's not swollen but looks like a bone ㅠㅠ (I don't feel like the tip of my nose is going up...)
 It's gotten so long that I feel like my cute image has disappeared ㅠㅠ
 Moreover, the thread lifting has made my face shape more confident. My face shape is also strange. The hospital said
 the swelling should go down first. Will my nose get shorter?? What if the swelling goes down?
 I'm anxious ㅠ I'm also worried about the shape of my face ㅠ
