Nose surgery sewing questions

I'm worried about bleeding after removing the stitches from my nose...
 I had nose surgery at a hospital in Seoul, but since I live in a rural area, it was too difficult to go back and forth, so I had the stitches removed at a nearby plastic surgery clinic. However, about an hour after removal, the area where the stitches were removed began to bleed. It keeps coming out, dropping drop by drop... (It doesn't stop for a day, and it keeps coming out, doesn't anyone have this problem?) Tomorrow morning, I'm going to call the Seoul Plastic Surgery Clinic that performed the rhinoplasty, but in this case, Seoul Plastic Surgery Clinic will be responsible. Won't it heal? ㅠㅠㅠ They told me to remove the stitches after 7 days, so I took the stitches out with permission. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I think it's because the wound area opened up, but I wonder if you'll sew it back together...
