Just before entering college when I was 20, I begged my mom to get surgery to overcome my complex of having a low nose bridge and wide nose. It was twenty years ago. At the time, I had the surgery done by a renowned plastic surgeon who was also favored by many of my relatives. The tip of the nose was inserted with silicone and ear cartilage. At that time, I was satisfied with the results of the surgery.
However, as time goes by and I get older, my cheeks lose weight and my skin loses its elasticity. Moreover, as plastic surgery trends change, my nose is now in a completely bad shape. It's too unnaturally high and the shape of the tip of the nose is completely out of trend.
I think anyone who is going to have plastic surgery should look far ahead and choose the shape carefully. Unless you want to keep re-surgery to follow trends or to suit your aging face.
