It's been about 6 years since my first surgery, and
in the past year, my nose tip cartilage has become protruding and my
nose tip has fallen, so I'm looking into a second surgery
. I heard that if the silicone height of the bridge of the nose is lowered and the tip of the nose is lowered accordingly,
the protruding nose will improve
. Does that sound good?
Additionally, they
said that temporalis fascia can be used to cover it, but does fascia absorb as much as autologous dermis?
When I asked if it could be protruding again after the second surgery,
they said that the skin can only get thinner, so it won't get thinner
infinitely.
Some people recommended fascia over autologous dermis because of the absorption rate.
Has anyone tried it???
