This was my first surgery, and after much hesitation, I finally got a consultation at MT. They said they would be honest with me, so I was curious about the current condition of my nose.
My nose is wide, the tip is blunt, and the bridge is low. My nose tip is also droopy and has an arrow nose.
However, I have an aversion to implants, and I really hate it when it’s noticeable, so I asked about reducing only the tip.
However, my nose is wide at the base and has a large nostril, so I need an external incision, and when I said I didn’t want it to be noticeable, they told me not to do an external incision. They said there would be a lot of scarring,
so I would have to do an internal incision, but they said that an internal incision wouldn’t give me a satisfactory result.
So I had to have surgery on my entire nose, and with that method, they
would raise the tip of my nose, and as a result, my nose would be pulled up a bit, and the bridge of my nose would be widened. I’ve had filler injections three times now, so they said they would melt it and put silicone on it. The tip of the nose is deviated from the septum, and if it's lacking, they'll use ear cartilage to improve the arrow nose..
I asked if my nose was difficult and they said it wasn't because it was my first nose and that I could get the results I wanted.
I thought my nose was difficult so I expected a negative answer but it was surprising.
You're an honest person, so if you speak so positively, can I get nose surgery?
It's a tough answer, but.. ㅠㅠ I have a complex about my nose and want to get surgery, but I'm worried about the side effects so I'm really worried..
