The current state of my nose is high enough and the tip is not saggy, but the beak is rather large.
Hospital A: Shave the beak and make an osteotomy, just do an osteotomy to straighten the bridge of the nose without any special implants, so the cost is 250 (I didn't negotiate the price)
Hospital B: Shave the beak and make an osteotomy, and use the nasal septum to correct the bending of the bridge of the nose (the bridge of the nose is really slightly bent into a C shape) , tie the cartilage at the tip of the nose and insert any remaining nasal septum. The price is 480 or 440 even with all the discounts, but I don't want to do the nose tip, so I'm contemplating whether to proceed without the nose tip.
Hospital C: Shave the beak and apply a thin layer of ear cartilage on top. The price is 220.
I don't want to put in implants and I just want to touch the hook, so I'm debating whether to look for another hospital or decide from there... Actually, the consultation at hospital B was so professional that I made a reservation deposit, but I was worried because of the high cost. I think this is big. If I use a nasal septum, the bridge of my nose is hard and it feels like a foreign body is coming... ㅠㅠ
