Hello, I will write a review after searching online and choosing a few hospitals and consulting~! For convenience, I will use the word clitoris from now on!
0. My nose condition
: My nose bridge is not that low, but it is low. My nose bridge is slightly crooked and the height of that part is a bit high, and my nose tip is a round, short, and slightly upturned nose.
Most of the common opinions during consultation: Since my nose bridge is not that low, if you have any aversion to prosthetics, you can choose whether or not to put them in your nose bridge. However, I recommend that you put them in because your satisfaction will increase. If you put them in, you will be recommended 2-3 times. Since my nose is slightly crooked, I recommend going thin. My nose is more important to the tip of my nose than the bridge. Since my nose tip is short and low, the tip of my nose is essential. There seems to be some differences of opinion about the nose tip plastic surgery method, but at the beginning of the consultation, I did not know the difference between septal extension and nasal support... I do not know exactly which method the hospital I consulted with at the beginning will use.
1. Top face: Consult with the director who prefers a natural style among the two. The facial asymmetry and overall facial features were well-understood, and the eye for detail seemed good. The plastic surgery model was so pretty that I was tempted. However, I was a little worried because she was young.
2. Yejin: Since the consultation fee was 10,000 won, the consultation was detailed and kind, and she answered my questions well. When I asked about the surgical method, she explained it in an easy and detailed way. She said that the movement of the nose tip changes depending on the surgical method... I didn't know enough at the time to ask in detail whether this was septal extension or a septal support. However, since she did all the eye and nose work by herself, I was worried that it wasn't a specialized rhinoplasty hospital.
3. Gaam: There were a lot of people waiting, and many people came with their children, so I wondered if word of mouth was good. She said that she would do it with Gore-Tex, and I felt proud that she had been specializing in rhinoplasty for 25 years. She said that when she did the nose, she would match it with her face to make her eyes look pretty. However, I was worried because it was Gore-Tex. This is the only place where Gore-Tex is recommended.
4. Dow: I was excited because they said that getting a nose job would be a good way to change the overall image of the face. They explained the movement of the tip of the nose up and down well after the surgery and the consultation was kind. However, this person is also young, so I was worried.
5. Yonsei Saint: It seemed like the person was pursuing a natural nose. They did not recommend the bridge of the nose, but recommended ear cartilage for the tip of the nose (most other places recommend septal cartilage). Since it is done with ear cartilage, the movement of the tip of the nose is the most flexible. However, they said that ear cartilage can bend, so I was worried.
6. Jesta: The director was kind in explaining things, answered my questions well, and explained things clearly, which was nice. However, the head of the consultation room, who has a small face, was so unfriendly that I didn't like it. I asked a lot of questions, and they said that I didn't need to know the details and that I could just trust the director, so I just left the consultation because I was dumbfounded. I guess he doesn't know anything because he hasn't had plastic surgery. If he didn't know, he could have said, "You should ask the director about that kind of surgical method," but he pretended to know and answered questions he didn't know, and then he said that. But the surgery is done by the director and not the head of the consultation room....I forgot to ask the director and made a mistake, so I decided to just ignore it.
7. Banobagi: I consulted with the head director. This is the only place where my nose bridge is on the wide side, so he recommended osteotomy. He also recommended covering the nostrils with ear cartilage. My nose bridge is actually on the wide side. I was worried because osteotomy was added here, and my face is long from side to side, so I was worried that a pretty, thin nose would not suit me.
8. Siwoo: Since the consultation fee here is 10,000 won, I liked that they explained it in great detail. I asked about rhinoplasty methods based on the information I had gathered so far. The director said, "In the case of a short nose, if you don't extend the septum and just add on, it can come back and it is not a definite correction. If you just cut it small and add on, it's just making a show of using septum cartilage during the surgery." I believed him. The before and after pictures were so different and pretty. I saw someone who got their nose done here, and although their nose was very beautiful, it was so perfect that it made me wonder if they had plastic surgery? (It wasn't obvious, but it was like, "Can someone naturally fall off like that?"). The bridge of the nose was very natural. I was worried that the tip of the nose would fall off too much and be obvious, but my nose tip is blunt, so it would be hard to make it that perfect, so I think it's okay. This was the place I was most drawn to during the consultation.
9. Top Class: I received consultation from the director who graduated from Seoul National University. The consultation was also kind. Here, they said to remove some fat inside the tip of the nose and some of the wing cartilage to make the tip of the nose thinner. I guess the director likes thin ones. However, I don't really want my nose tip to be thinner, and I didn't want to cut off even a part of my precious nose tip cartilage that I thought would be small and weak...
10. Mint: The consultation fee is 10,000 won. The director seemed to be objective. It feels like a prop pack bomb...? I don't know if it was something that all hospitals said to make themselves feel good, but... My face is small, my eyes and mouth are pretty, and my facial features are well proportioned, but my face looks flat because my nose is low and lacks three-dimensionality. If I get my nose done, my mouth will look slightly deeper and my face will look three-dimensional, so my small face will come to life a lot. She told me that my impression would change a lot, which felt good... (Is this just sugarcoating?!) But here, she told me that my nose is ambiguous, so it can't be raised much and there won't be a dramatic effect. She also said that my nose is short and low, so she can only use septal extension. Therefore, she told me to give up on moving the tip of my nose up and down. I decided to believe her. It's the same thing as Director Siwoo, and Director Mint seems to be someone who only tells the truth, so it helped me decide for myself that I needed septal extension. The plastic surgery results are just that: a slight improvement in my current short and low nose tip? He told me to just think of it as that. Looking at the before and after photos, it seemed like he was pursuing a natural look. The director explained that since he personally receives complaints, he doesn’t sweet talk me like other hospital directors do, but objectively reports the surgery results. However, I thought that the patient wouldn’t be satisfied if the surgery results were too natural. I
’m planning on visiting Midream later... If you know of a place that isn’t a large hospital that specializes in noses or has a plastic surgeon (not an ENT specialist) who mainly does noses, please recommend it!
