I posted a post on the removal forum. I made an appointment today and waited a month to get revision nose surgery.
I can't see the shape of my nose right now because it's all wrapped up with gauze and bandages, but
the doctor who performed the surgery took pictures of the surgery and showed me the pictures he took when I came to my senses in the recovery room.
Immediately after looking at the photo, the columella was clearly recessed and the missing area seemed to be somewhat filled in.
Because there was so little skin around the columella, it was difficult to raise the tip of the nose. Haha, it's a shame, but I'm not greedy anymore.
In the pre-surgery consultation, it was said that this surgery would focus on returning it to its original state, and
I said I wouldn't be too greedy, but... if the skin stretches well and I can raise it a little...
I said, please raise it a little, haha. It didn't stretch well, and the flesh inside the columella was pulled back a lot,
causing a lot of deformation over the past two years, so it doesn't seem to have stretched much.
Still, I am determined to live a grateful life even though I am a little disappointed in the height because I think it will be shaped like a normal person's nose.
At least I won't hold my head high and avoid people I want to meet like I did for the past two years.

I hope it recovers well and the results are good.
I tried to organize my work from morning.
I went to the hospital by 9 a.m. this morning, and after a detailed consultation with the director,
I think the 10 a.m. surgery was performed around 10:30.
During the pre-surgery consultation, the director personally took a photo, printed it out on the spot, and drew on it
to explain the expected appearance after plastic surgery and the procedure.
He told me to bring any photos I had before my nose was completely done, so I took them.
I also had photos from the first rhinoplasty and early nose removal, so I organized them with a post about my condition at that time, and he
looked at the photos and pulled them all out.
He said
that it would be helpful for the surgery and that he
got some hints while looking at the detailed photos of the nose immediately after the surgery and when it was removed two weeks ago.
I think the inside looked like this or that from the previous surgery... (sigh) So I think the columella has gone up a lot compared to the first time.
They looked at me very carefully, identified the location of my columella in the photo before surgery, and analyzed the cause in advance.
I felt that during the consultation, but it was definitely different from the many hospitals I went to for consultations for reoperation. (Except ㅁㅌ)
When I told you about that part, he said that the surgery should be done well.. He must have done a really good job.. Today is the first day, but I look forward to it.
Even during the consultation, I was very worried and had a lot of concerns, so
I was touched because he assured me that it would be better than now and that he would take care of the surgery method and other concerns, so I should not worry and come.
When I went to the operating room around 10 o'clock, I was lying down and there seemed to be more
people showing me around and preparing for the surgery
than at the previous hospital. When I looked at the wall, I saw that they had all of those printed photos posted.
It seemed like they kept checking me during the surgery.
I knew I had set aside plenty of time because I was the only one having surgery today. I heard that it often ends sooner, but
by the time I entered the recovery room, it was 4 PM.
As expected... I think it took a while because my surgery was rejected by many hospitals and
I heard a lot of bad things about it.
I think I woke up about 2-3 times during the surgery, but I couldn't speak because I was breathing through my mouth. Did they ask me
to do something to help them sleep? I think it sounded similarly overbearing. Then I went back to sleep haha.
The director said this later when he came to the recovery room.
He woke me up in the middle of the night and asked me to put him to sleep. So he added more anesthetic and
told me to be careful when moving because he might make me very dizzy and upset. I thought I could go home, so I got up and walked,
but after sitting down on the bed, I suddenly felt nauseous and felt sick. It was so bad that I felt like I was going to die.
It's like the feeling that comes with hunger and nausea when you have an empty stomach.
So I talked to the nurse and she gave me some porridge and candy, so I ate it and my stomach felt a little better.
Originally, I had slightly low blood pressure, but when I measured my blood pressure in the recovery room, my blood pressure was less than 50, so the red light came on, so I stayed a little longer and then came out...
I don't know what else was going on, but I was so sick on the taxi ride that I didn't say a word, so I just held it in and got off, and it
was really close to my house. I almost climbed it once, but I got better when I stood still... and I finally got over the hurdle.
I'm really scared of vomiting...
I'm not good at it... but sometimes when I do it, I really put a lot of force into my face... I was really scared that it would affect my nose surgery.
Fortunately, he came home safely, but when I looked at him, his face was really pale.
There was no lip color... It was my first time experiencing something like this, but I guess I was in really bad condition.
After eating seaweed soup and sitting for a while, my complexion returned and the dizziness disappeared, so I am writing this now.
What's interesting is that during the first surgery, I had to stuff my nose with cotton for 5 days because my septum was torn, and it was really, really painful.
The second time was because it was removed, so I only had cotton stuffed for 3 days...
I was really scared the second time because I had been suffocating for 5 days before that. Today's reoperation will allow you to breathe through your nose?
Looks like a straw? I used cotton with a hole in the middle.
So, the bleeding stopped and I was able to breathe at about 50% of my normal capacity even though I had gauze blocked in front of me.
As for the smell, I was frustrated because I couldn't smell it for almost two weeks, probably because of severe swelling,
but my husband was making ramen and I could smell the ramen, although it was weak, and it was amazing that my throat was less dry than before.
Oh... and since it was only done with ear cartilage, they said they would remove both ears, but when I woke up, I found out that only one side was removed.
And today, maybe it's because of the painkillers or the fluid... there's no pain at all.
During the first surgery, what is the daily lethal dose of Tylenol in addition to hospital medications? I had to keep taking it just enough to not overdo it.
Since I ate a little late and took the medicine, I was afraid I would overwork myself, so I sat down to use it to help me digest, but
my condition is actually better than I thought. The swelling in my face hasn't gone up yet...
I'm going to go for disinfection tomorrow and then walk around the house for an hour before coming back.
I hope that I can write something positive like this the next time I write... I'll end the post.
