Has anyone had correction after nose surgery?

I'm planning to have my protruding mouth corrected about a month or two after my nose surgery.
 
The dentist said my teeth are straight, but I have a bit of protrusion, so if I correct it, my
 chubby appearance will go down a lot. He said
 I'll need to have my two upper upper teeth extracted,
 which will take about 2 to 2.5 years. It was said
 
that they recommend nose surgery after correction
 , but I already made a reservation for nose surgery. (I looked into nose surgery first, made a reservation, and after looking at the face, I thought about correction, so I consulted.)
 My forehead and mouth are convex and a bit protruding, but my nose has a low bridge and a tip. I thought about surgery because it was round.
