Defendant 5 years after rhinoplasty

My nose bridge is wide, so I cut it to make it narrower. Is this called osteotomy?
 I had silicone
 and ear cartilage inserted into my nose bridge.
 
Less than a month after the surgery, I had blood clots twice and the pulling was so bad that I took antibiotics and Singulair for
 two weeks . The director said I could take them out but let's try as much as we can, so he came to the hospital during Chuseok and gave me an injection

I suffered like that for two months and was very satisfied with my life,
 
but suddenly yesterday, blood clots started to form again and it was swollen and blue. I
 made an appointment at the hospital and plan to go after work. I wonder
 
why the blood is still clots after 5 years. I still feel a little tight.
 Is it chronic inflammation? I really want to have it removed, but
 removal isn't the answer, so I can't do anything.
