Miplus Jang Ik-soo Plastic Surgery Review + Please give me some information about Miplus

I went for consultations at two places yesterday.
 
Jang Ik-soo was really attentive and explained every single question I had
 in detail with photos and words.
 He looked at me so pretty and said that
 I should never have my nose bridge done and that he would only do osteotomy, nose bridge, and nose tip. As I saw in another review,
 it seemed like he prioritized safety. He hasn't used silicone in 8 years and
 only does rhinoplasty with his own tissue
 . He said that he doesn't use the septum for the tip of the nose and only uses ear cartilage and
 that he also does the bridge of the nose with ear cartilage. He
 said that after surgery , you can do whatever
 you want with your nose, and because he does osteotomy,
 acquaintances might recognize him, but
 people he knows in the future will never know that he did it, and that he would do it naturally
 . But from the website photos and when he explained it to me,
 it seemed like he only did the tip of the nose, so ㅜㅜㅜ I'm not going to do it.
 I think the consultation lasted about an hour.
 Miplus was the worst consultation. Maybe 5 minutes?
 I tried to finish it quickly and when I asked questions, they were dry and when I asked them to show me a case like mine, they said to show me the photos on the website laterㅡㅡ
 I'm so worried about the aftercareㅡㅡ
 Here, they said to put in 1mm of thinner Silli for the osteotomy and
 use it like ear cartilage for the tip of the nose and the septum, and
 they talked a lot about aristocratic surgery
 , but they told me not to say anything even if my nostrils become slitㅡㅡ They said I have to do it like aristocratic surgery,
 but I hate it all, but the before and after photos on the website have the line that I'm pursuing the most, so I'm thinking about doing it here.
 I think I'm pursuing a more natural line.
 Oh, butㅡㅡ The anesthesia is local anesthesia, and I hate that
 too . I want to get general anesthesia here, but they only do it the first time under local anesthesia and
 they talk while doing the nose jobㅡㅡ
 And since they use the septum, the tip of my nose is hard..
 The price was the same for both. The before and after photos of Miplus and
 the nose design style that they pursue fit me well,
 so I'm thinking of doing it there. If anyone who has done it or has information,
