In my situation, even though I had surgery on my nose
(non-implant at the tip of the nose), I
couldn't see any noticeable tongue. In fact, I had to grind the beak bone a little, so the bridge of my nose sank and the tip of my nose was completely saggy, so I couldn't see the columella properly.
The place I went to was a rhinoplasty specialist, but
I also went to ㅋㄴㅍ, which is known for its nose, and ㅌㅋㄹㅅ, which specializes in gorgeous noses.
In the case of ㅋㄴㅍ, the scale was not large, but
it was nice that the director kindly informed us.
In the case of ㅌㅋㄹㅅ, the director ㅈㅇㅎ looked at me
(it was very difficult to see..^^;;)
First of all, the nose I want is one where the droopy tip of the nose is raised, the
columella is normally visible from the side, and
there is a dramatic change,
especially the tip of the nose, where the bridge of the nose is clearly defined. The goal was to create a pretty nose (it could be slightly flashy and flashy).
Both directors recommended donated ribs.
In case of just ㅋㄴㅍ, 3mm silicone is recommended.
In the case of ㅌㅋㄹㅅ, it was said that up to 4mm was possible.
The problem here is that as long as it is stable,
I thought it would be okay without worrying about proxy surgery, but
after looking at the reviews posted on the site, unexpectedly,
I didn't feel that the tip of my nose was that pretty.
In the case of the columella, which I was concerned about, I
was worried that in the photo, the tip of the nose would be too high and level with the bridge of the nose, so it would look like a pig's nose when viewed from the front.
On the other hand, in the case of ㅌㅋㄹㅅ, it seems that Tina is good at creating a pretty nose tip that is a bit flashy, which is what I want, but I am a little worried because I read in one comment that ㅌㅋㄹㅅ focuses on women's noses and makes men's noses look like women's noses...
And the director ㅈㅇㅎ. I once read that more breast surgeries are being performed.
