Can I have same-day surgery after filler removal?

I'm looking into things to get surgery in early October,
 but I made a hasty decision, so I haven't gone to a consultation yet
 . It's hard to find time, so I'm planning to go to a few consultations soon.
 
What I'm curious about is, did you get filler around June or July of last year?
 It was correct overall, but when I touch it, only the bridge of the nose seems to be slightly left.
 If I have nose surgery, will the filler be dissolved on the day of the surgery and then go into surgery, or should I get an injection a few days before the surgery?
 Also, I really like the bridge of my nose like this with a little bit of filler left, but
 unless I dissolve the filler, I guess they can't make my nose bridge like this? Don't you know how much is left? ㅜㅜ..
 I'm worried, but I'm trying to get rid of the boxy nose complex I had. ㅜㅜ Phew...
