I have a question about removal ㅠㅠㅠ

Septal ear cartilage osteotomy..... I think I've done almost all the manipulations ㅠㅠㅠ Before the surgery, I thought it would be a good idea to be sure since I would be there for more than 10 years, but I regret it so much now ㅠㅠ It's better before ㅠㅠㅠㅠNow it's been over a month and I guess I'll have to wait another 5 months...ㅠㅠ It already had a low nose, but if the silicone was removed, there would be little chance of it returning to the old nose due to the osteotomy, right? ㅠㅠ Is it even more difficult since the nasal septum and ear cartilage were removed? ㅠㅠ Every day, I cry when I look in the mirror, I cry when I walk down the street... I've lost so much weight that I'm a skeleton. It's a really important time, but I can't do anything ㅠㅠㅠ Has anyone had surgery similar to mine and had it removed?
