I'm removing the silicone that was inserted up to the tip of my nose after a month.

I had I-shaped silicone inserted all the way to the tip of my nose on June 25th . I was so ignorant that I didn’t know if it was a bad idea to have silicone inserted all the way to the tip of my noseㅜ My nose is really low like sujebi without a bone at the tip of my noseㅜ It’s a flat nose and anyone who looked at it could tell that it was ugly. My nose was so low and had no bone, so it looked like an elementary school student’s nose. My original purpose was not a nose job but a scar reconstruction surgery on my face, so I didn’t really consult about rhinoplasty and thought of it as an additional surgeryㅠ Am I crazy for looking down on a nose job like thatㅜ My mother didn’t like my nose very much and couldn’t resist her pressure. I think the surgery time was really short. I think the nose job alone took about 30 minutes? I don't know how many millimeters it was raised, but it's been almost a month now, and it's so depressing to have to carry around something like a time bomb on my bodyㅜ And I can't even imagine picking my nose or touching my nose like before because I have silicone implanted all the way to the tip of my nose. Now, it looks like only the nose of a person who got rhinoplasty looks like thisㅜ And the shape is that only the nose got higher from that ugly shape, so it feels like only the nose got bigger . It became a tall and strong noseㅜ It used to look a little young, but now I just look like an old woman. And the skin on the wing of my nose seems to be pulled and stretching more. I need to get it removed quickly and I want to be free ㅠ Also, I'm worried because I heard that if I remove it when there's inflammation, it will cause severe contracture. If I remove it now, will my nostrils become even fatter and my nose will look puffy due to the contracture or scarring? I don't know how I'll live if my nose becomes uglier than before. I'm so depressed. ㅜ The hospital where I had the surgery said that it can be removed at any time and that it will return to its original shape. I have threadlifters all the way to the tip of my nose, so I'm afraid that the tip of my nose will be deformed. I originally had a slightly upturned nose, but I'm worried that it will turn into a complete pig nose due to contracture, so I'm hesitating to remove it. ㅜ I want to remove it this week. Is that okay?
