Since I'm staying at home, I feel like I'm gaining weight, so
I keep eating ㅠ.ㅠ.ㅠ.ㅠ.ㅠ.
The hospital told me not to exercise for a month, but
is it okay to exercise lower body strength or abdominal muscles?
Since there is no running, strength training is ㅠ.ㅠ.ㅠ.
Even if I can't do aerobic exercise because I run and sweat,
can I still do strength training as long as it doesn't strain my nose?
