If you have been through inflammation treatment many times over a long period of time, please help me~

I was put under anesthesia and had my nose cleaned twice, but it's still filled with pus ㅜㅜ.. I don't drink or smoke, sleep well, and don't eat fatty foods, and I'm careful, but it only gets worse, and I'm so worried that I'm dying. I first discovered pus about 10 days ago, and I've been getting injections twice a day and taking medication well, but there doesn't seem to be any improvement. Is there no hope now? My nose is only made of dermis, so I don't have any implants to remove, so I'm at a loss as to what's going to happen.... I'm very satisfied with my nose surgery, but I didn't know I'd suffer this much from inflammation.
